The rocket's fuel is being prepared now. Tomorrow's launch will be historic.

Ik kijk er misschien naar op televisie. Ruimtevaart heeft me altijd gefascineerd, vooral sinds mijn jeugd.

I might watch it on TV. Space travel has always fascinated me, especially since I was a child.

Bij mij ook. De astronaut die de missie leidt heeft ongelooflijke ervaring. Ze traint al jaren.

Me too. The astronaut who leads the mission has incredible experience. She has been training for years.

Klopt. Heeft de monteur trouwens je motor al gerepareerd?

That's true. By the way, has the mechanic fixed your engine yet?

Ja, hij heeft alles gisteren afgerond. De motor draait weer soepel en de voorruit ziet er gloednieuw uit.

Yes, he finished everything yesterday. The engine runs smoothly again and the windshield looks brand new.

Briljant. Ik heb erover gedacht zelf een scooter te kopen. Ze zijn perfect voor korte ritjes door de stad.

Brilliant. I've thought about buying a scooter myself. They're perfect for short trips around the city.

Slimme keuze. Ze gebruiken veel minder benzine dan auto's en zijn makkelijker te parkeren.

Smart choice. They use much less gas than cars and are easier to park.

Precies. Het tankstation bij mijn huis heeft de prijzen deze maand weer verhoogd.

Exactly. The gas station near my house raised its prices again this month.
Lars
Frustrerend. De vrachtwagenchauffeurs die ik ken klagen het hele jaar al over de brandstofkosten.

Frustrating. The truck drivers I know have been complaining about fuel costs all year.
Anna
Klopt. Misschien zullen elektrische voertuigen uiteindelijk al deze problemen oplossen.

That's right. Maybe electric vehicles will eventually solve all these problems.
