Verhaal

The Blue Storybook

1. There is a warm lamp by the sofa in a cozy living room.

   Er staat een warme lamp bij de bank in een knusse woonkamer.

2. Ivy visits her grandmother, May, and her grandfather, Ben.

   Ivy gaat op bezoek bij haar oma May en haar opa Ben.

3. She hugs Grandma May and Grandpa Ben.

9. The blue storybook is not on the table, and Ivy feels a small worry.

10. Grandpa Ben looks under the sofa and behind a cushion.

    Opa Ben kijkt onder de bank en achter een kussen.

11. "It is not here," he says softly.

    "Het is hier niet," zegt hij zachtjes.

12. Everyone looks around the room in the quiet light.

    Iedereen kijkt rond in de kamer bij het zachte licht.

13. Mum has got a big bag near her feet.

    Mama heeft een grote tas bij haar voeten.

14. "Oh," says Sara, "I took the book last time."

15. She opens the bag and finds the blue storybook inside.

16. Alex gives it to Ivy, and Ivy laughs with relief.
