Finns ruhiger Nachmittag in der Bibliothek

1. In der Stadtbibliothek ist es ruhig, und Finn geht mit seiner Mutter Anna hinein.

   It's quiet in the city library, and Finn goes in with his mother Anna.

2. "Wir besuchen heute die Kinderabteilung", sagt Anna und lächelt.

   "We're visiting the children's department today," says Anna, smiling.

3. Finn möchte ein Buch finden, weil er morgen einen Test hat.

   Finn wants to find a book because he has a test tomorrow.

4. An der Ausleihtheke winkt Lara, die Bibliothekarin, und sagt, dass ihr Job ist, Kindern beim Suchen zu helfen.

   At the lending desk Lara, the librarian, waves and says her job is to help children find things.

5. Sie geht mit Finn und Anna zu den bunten Regalen und zeigt ihm ruhige Leseecken.

   She walks with Finn and Anna to the colorful shelves and shows him quiet reading corners.

6. Finn fühlt sich sicher und nickt, denn er will heute gut üben.

    He finds a thick book about animals and opens it.

11. Am Selbstbedienungsgerät sieht er ein neues Menü, und plötzlich ändert sich die Anzeige.

    At the self-service machine he sees a new menu, and suddenly the display changes.

12. Finn zuckt zusammen, weil sein Finger an der Seite kratzt und ein kleiner Schmerz kommt, aber er atmet ruhig.

    Finn flinches because his finger scrapes at the side and a small pain comes, but he breathes calmly.

13. Lara sieht es sofort und hilft ihm mit einem Pflaster, und Finn lächelt tapfer.

    Lara sees it right away and helps him with a plaster, and Finn smiles bravely.

14. Anna sagt leise, dass sie den Plan ändern können, wenn er müde ist.

    Anna says quietly that they can change the plan if he is tired.
