Le petit spectacle du jardin

1. Dans le jardin de la maison, le soir est doux.

   In the garden of the house, the evening is mild.

2. Hugo porte un pull rouge, et Emma a une tresse blonde.

   Hugo is wearing a red sweater and Emma has a blonde braid.

3. Nous allons faire un petit spectacle pour Maman, dit Hugo.

   We are going to put on a little show for Mom, says Hugo.

4. Il y a des cartes avec des mots d'anglais sur la table de pique-nique.

   There are cards with English words on the picnic table.

5. Le premier mot fait sourire Hugo : drive.

   The first word makes Hugo smile: drive.
