   If it starts to rain, you should hang the clothes up right away. They take forever to dry indoors.

   You should withdraw from the game if you feel sick. Health is more important than any competition.

   You're right. My uncle had to leave his job last year because of stress. Working too much damaged his health.

   Eso es triste. Debería haber apagado su computadora de vez en cuando y haber tomado descansos adecuados.

   That's sad. They should have turned off their computer sometimes and taken proper breaks.

   Cierto. He estado intentando desconectarme del trabajo por las noches. Es más difícil de lo que esperaba.

   That's true. I've been trying to disconnect from work in the evenings. It's harder than I expected.

   Igual yo. Incluso cuando apago mi teléfono, sigo pensando en correos y reuniones.

   Me too. Even when I turn off my phone, I still think about emails and meetings.

   Eso es poco saludable. Quizás deberíamos planear un fin de semana de desintoxicación digital juntos.

   That's unhealthy. Maybe we should plan a digital detox weekend together.

   Great idea. We could go to a quiet cabin with no internet or TV.

    Perfecto. Solo naturaleza, libros y buena conversación. Nada de tecnología durante dos días enteros.

    Perfect. Just nature, books, and good conversation. No technology for two whole days.

    Quizás reserve algún sitio este fin de semana. Las cabañas de montaña cerca del lago suelen estar disponibles.

    Maybe I'll book a place this weekend. Mountain cabins near the lake are usually available.

12. Sofía
    Brillante. El descanso real requiere desconexión real de la vida moderna.

    Great. Real rest requires disconnecting from modern life.
