   Bread is baked fresh daily by the baker on the corner. The smell in the morning is wonderful.

   Chicken can be cooked in many different ways. I have been experimenting with new recipes all month.

   My favourite is grilled chicken with herbs. The flavour is absolutely incredible.

   Garlic is brilliant for taste and health. My grandmother used to say it cures any illness.

   She might have been right. Studies show that garlic is genuinely good for the heart.

   I have been using more herbs too. Fresh basil and parsley make ordinary dishes taste gourmet.

   True. The flour I bought last week was also exceptional. My bread came out perfectly the first time.

    I should start baking my own bread again. It saves money and tastes much better than the supermarket version.

    Definitely. Cooking from scratch is the most satisfying hobby I know.
