1. Mark
   The new contract was signed by the manager yesterday. The whole company should benefit from it.

   وقّع المدير العقد الجديد أمس. يجب أن تستفيد الشركة كلها منه.

2. Jenny
   That is excellent news. Was the program developed for the firm finally completed?

   هذه أخبار ممتازة. هل تم أخيراً إكمال البرنامج الذي طُوّر للشركة؟

3. Mark
   Yes, it saved a lot of time. The employee team that built it worked overnight for weeks.

   نعم، وفر ذلك وقتاً كثيراً. فريق العاملين الذي بناه عمل طوال الليل لأسابيع.

4. Jenny
   A new building is being constructed near the factory too. The expansion seems to be working.

   يُبنى مبنى جديد قرب المصنع أيضاً. يبدو أن التوسعة ناجحة.

5. Mark
   I heard the boss mentioned hiring twenty more workers next month. Employment in this industry has been rising.

   سمعت أن المدير ذكر أنه سيوظف عشرين عاملًا إضافيًا الشهر المقبل. التوظيف في هذه الصناعة في ازدياد.

6. Jenny
   If they hire more staff, the office will become very crowded. Maybe we should ask for a bigger meeting room.

   إذا وظفوا موظفين أكثر، سيصبح المكتب مزدحماً جداً. ربما يجب أن نطلب غرفة اجتماعات أكبر.

7. Mark
   Good idea. The architect who designed the new wing should add some extra space for us.

   فكرة جيدة. يجب على المهندس المعماري الذي صمّم الجناح الجديد أن يضيف لنا بعض المساحة الإضافية.

8. Jenny
   Has the engineer confirmed the schedule? I would hate for the construction to delay our project.

9. Mark
   She said it will be ready by November. The building is being inspected by safety officers this week.

10. Jenny
    That is reassuring. I hope the cafeteria gets upgraded too. Our current canteen is too small.

11. Mark
    I will mention it to the director at the next conference. He usually listens to feedback.

    Thank you. A better workplace makes everyone more productive.
