   He cooks the main course very quickly. The kitchen now smells really good.

   Ik heb gehoord dat hij het toetje ook helemaal zelf maakt. Het is blijkbaar een chocoladetaart met room.

   I heard that he makes the dessert all by himself too. Apparently it's a chocolate cake with cream.

   Dat klinkt geweldig. Ze gaan morgenmiddag ook picknicken in de tuin.

   That sounds great. They're also going to have a picnic in the garden tomorrow afternoon.

5. Lars
   Als het weer warm blijft, wordt het de perfecte dag voor buiten dineren. Ik breng misschien wat fruit en kaas mee.

   If the weather stays warm, it will be the perfect day to eat outside. I might bring some fruit and cheese.

   Goed idee. Het brood van de bakkerij beneden is ook fantastisch voor picknicks.

   Good idea. The bread from the bakery downstairs is also great for picnics.

   Ik koop morgenochtend vers brood. De bakker zei dat hij nieuwe recepten voor het lenteseizoen heeft.

   I'm buying fresh bread tomorrow morning. The baker said he has new recipes for the spring season.

8. Anna
   Ik denk er zelf over om dit weekend iets te koken. Misschien een eenvoudig kipgerecht.

   I'm thinking of cooking something this weekend. Maybe a simple chicken dish.

9. Lars
   Briljant. Als je ingrediënten nodig hebt, kan ik je helpen ze op de markt te kiezen.

   Brilliant. If you need ingredients, I can help you pick them at the market.

10. Anna
    Bedankt. Ik wil dat alles vers is. Geen conserveermiddelen of bewerkt voedsel.

    Thanks. I want everything fresh. No preservatives or processed food.

11. Lars
    Dat is de juiste benadering. Goed eten is de basis van elk geslaagd diner.

    That's the right approach. Good food is the basis of any successful dinner.

    Eens. Laten we het menu samen onder de koffie plannen.

    Agreed. Let's plan the menu together over coffee.
