Story

Ada’nın Sakin Akşamı

1. Ada, annesi Elif ve kardeşi Can akşam oturma odasında birlikte vakit geçirmek istiyor.

   Ada, her mother Elif, and her brother Can want to spend the evening together in the living room.

2. Ada, odayı yumuşak bir ışıkla daha sıcak yapmak istiyor ve küçük bir lamba için alışverişe gitmeyi düşünüyor.

   Ada wants to make the room warmer with soft light and thinks about buying a small lamp.

3. Elif, 'Önce evi toparlayalım, sonra karar veririz,' diyor.

   Elif says, "First, let's tidy up the house, then we'll decide."

4. Ada ve Elif, mutfak tabaklarını yıkıyor.

   Ada and Elif wash the kitchen dishes.

5. Birlikte hafif müzik dinliyor ve gülümsüyorlar.

   They listen to soft music together and smile.

6. Çünkü akşam rahatça oturmak istiyorlar, o yüzden çöpleri ayırıp kapının yanına koyuyorlar.

   They want to relax in the evening, so they separate the trash and put it by the door.

7. Can, halının üstünde küçük arabasını sürüyor ve araba dümdüz gidiyor.

   Can pushes his little car on the carpet and it goes straight.

8. Ada, sehpanın altına bakarken kumandayı görüyor ve seviniyor.

   While looking under the coffee table, Ada sees the remote and is happy.

9. Sonra Ada, tabletinde bir lamba resmi görüyor; resimde 'satılık' yazıyor.

   Then Ada sees a picture of a lamp on her tablet; the picture says "for sale."

10. Elif gülümsüyor ve 'Dışarı çıkmaya gerek var mı, sipariş verelim mi?' diye soruyor.

    Elif smiles and asks, 'Do we need to go out, or should we order?'

11. Ada, 'Evet, postayla gelsin, biz de bu akşam evde kalalım,' diyor.

    Ada says, 'Yes, let it come by mail, and we'll stay home tonight.'

12. Herkes koltuk minderlerini düzeltiyor ve şimdi televizyon izliyorlar.

    Everyone straightens the couch cushions and now they are watching TV.

13. Ekranda yavaş bir doğa belgeseli var ve ışıkları kısıyorlar.

    There is a slow nature documentary on the screen and they dim the lights.

14. Ada, kardeşinin battaniyesini getiriyor; bu onun en yumuşak battaniyesi.

    Ada brings her brother's blanket; it is his softest blanket.

15. Bir süre sonra Ada yoruluyor ve kanepede usulca uzanıyor.

    After a while Ada gets tired and gently lies down on the couch.

16. Film bitince, Ada uyukladığını fark ediyor ve Elif televizyonu kapatıyor.

    When the movie ends, Ada notices she's dozing off and Elif turns off the TV.

17. Ada, banyoda diş fırçasını alıyor ve gülümseyerek dişlerini fırçalıyor.

    Ada picks up her toothbrush in the bathroom and brushes her teeth with a smile.

18. Sonra odasına dönüyor, 'Lamba gelince oda daha da güzel olacak,' diyor ve iyi geceler deyip uykuya dalıyor.

    Then she goes back to her room, says, "When the lamp arrives, the room will be even nicer," says good night, and falls asleep.
