Story

Ece'nin Güvenli Ev Planı

1. Akşam vakti, Ece ve annesi Zeynep evde, küçük ama modern salonlarında oturuyor.

   In the evening, Ece and her mother Zeynep are at home, sitting in their small but modern living room.

2. Ece, ev çok temiz olsun istiyor çünkü yarın sabah bir misafir gelecek.

   Ece wants the house to be very clean because a guest is coming tomorrow morning.

3. "Beraber yapalım mı?" diye soruyor Ece.

   Ece asks, 'Shall we do it together?'

4. Zeynep gülümsüyor ve sallanan sandalyeyi görünce, "Bunu da tamir etmeliyiz" diyor.

   Zeynep smiles and, seeing the rocking chair, says, "We should fix that too."

5. Ece, hafif sehpayı yavaşça taşıyor ve yere küçük bir örtü seriyor.

   Ece slowly carries the light coffee table and spreads a small cloth on the floor.

6. Zeynep, "Vida lazım, ama köşedeki dükkân şimdi kapalı" diyor.

   Zeynep says, "I need a screw, but the shop on the corner is closed now."

7. Ece, "Ben tek başıma yapabilir miyim?" diye yine soruyor.

   Ece asks again, 'Can I do it by myself?'

8. Zeynep, "Hayır, bunu yalnız yapma, lütfen çok dikkatli ol" diyor.

   Zeynep says, "No, don't do this alone, please be very careful."

9. "Daha güvenli olsun diye birini çağıralım," diye ekliyor Zeynep.

   "Let's call someone so it's safer," adds Zeynep.

10. Zeynep telefonu alıyor ve eve gelen bir temizlikçi olan Derya'yı arıyor.

    Zeynep picks up the phone and calls Derya, the cleaner who came to the house.

11. Derya, "Hem temizlerim hem de küçük tamir yaparım" diyor.

    Derya says, "I clean and I also do small repairs."

12. Ece sevinip, "Harika, bekliyoruz," diyor.

    Ece is happy and says, 'Great, we're waiting.'

13. Biraz sonra Derya kapıya geldi.

    A little later Derya came to the door.

14. Hep birlikte evi düzenliyor ve koltuğun altından küçük bir tarak buluyorlar.

    They tidy the house together and find a small comb under the couch.

    While Derya dusts, Ece sweeps the corners with a broom and Zeynep cleans the windows.

16. Sonra Derya, sallanan sandalyenin vidasını sıkıp onu çabucak tamir etti.

    Then Derya tightened the screw on the rocking chair and fixed it quickly.

17. Ece, evi şimdi çok düzenli görünce derin bir nefes alıyor ve annesine sarılıyor.

    Ece sees the house is very tidy now, takes a deep breath, and hugs her mother.

18. Zeynep, "İyi ki yalnız değildik; birlikte ve dikkatli olunca işler kolaylaşıyor," diyor, ve Ece huzurla uyumaya gidiyor.

    Zeynep says, "Luckily we weren't alone; things get easier when we're together and careful," and Ece goes to sleep peacefully.
