Buenas noches, mi cuerpo

1. Sofía está en su cama.

   Sofía is in her bed.

2. Hay una luz suave en la pared.

   There is a soft light on the wall.

3. Ella quiere dormir, pero no puede.

   She wants to sleep, but she can't.

4. Sofía tiene sueño, y Ana, su mamá, está a su lado.

   Sofía is sleepy, and Ana, her mom, is by her side.

5. La nariz de Sofía hace "achís", y ella ríe.

   Sofía's nose goes "achoo," and she laughs.

6. Ana susurra: "Jugamos a conocer el cuerpo, y luego duermes".

   Ana whispers, "We play to learn the body, and then you sleep."

7. Sofía levanta su mano y la toma con cuidado.

   Sofía raises her hand and takes it carefully.

8. "Mi mano toca la manta", dice Sofía.

   "My hand touches the blanket," Sofía says.

9. Ella cierra un ojo y mira la luz como una estrella.

   She closes one eye and looks at the light like a star.

10. Ana peina su pelo con los dedos, y Sofía suspira.

    Ana combs her hair with her fingers, and Sofía sighs.

11. Sofía toca un diente y sonríe, todo está bien.

    Sofía touches a tooth and smiles, everything is fine.

12. Ana pone la mano de Sofía en su pecho y escuchan su corazón que late despacio.

    Ana puts Sofía's hand on her chest and they listen to her heart beating slowly.

13. Sofía respira tranquila y dice: "Ahora duermo", y cierra los ojos.

    Sofía breathes calmly and says, "Now I sleep," and closes her eyes.
