Pauls Namenskarten

1. In Pauls Kinderzimmer ist es Abend und ruhig.

   In Paul's room it is evening and quiet.

2. Paul will heute die Namen seiner Freunde lernen und ehren.

   Paul wants to learn and remember his friends' names today.

3. Er legt bunte Karten auf den Teppich.

   He puts colorful cards on the rug.

4. "Ich male eine Karte für jeden Namen", sagt Paul.

   "I'm drawing a card for each name," says Paul.

5. "Mein Name ist Paul", sagt er leise.

   "My name is Paul," he says quietly.

6. Da klopfen drei Freunde an die Tür: Tom, Dan und Sam.

   Three friends knock on the door: Tom, Dan, and Sam.

7. Tom lächelt und sagt: "Ich stelle mich vor: Ich bin Tom."

   Tom smiles and says, 'Let me introduce myself: I'm Tom.'

8. Dan winkt und sagt: "Und ich bin Dan."
