Finn belt oma vanuit de woonkamer

  1. Het is avond en Finn is thuis met zijn moeder, Sanne.

    It's evening and Finn is home with his mother, Sanne.

  2. De klok tikt zacht aan de muur in de woonkamer.

    The clock ticks softly on the wall in the living room.

  3. "Ik wil oma Lies een sturen op de," zegt Finn.

    "I want to send Grandma Lies one on the," says Finn.

  4. Finn zet de laptop op de tafel en gaat zitten.

    Finn puts the laptop on the table and sits down.

  5. Hij legt zijn op het en glimlacht.

    He puts his things on it and smiles.

  6. Maar er druppelt van zijn vingers en de toetsen plakken een beetje.

    But it's dripping from his fingers and the keys stick a bit.

  7. "Oei," zegt Sanne, "droog eerst je hand met dit doekje."

    "Oh," says Sanne, "dry your hand with this cloth first."

  8. "Hoe gaat het nu?" vraagt ze.

    "How is it going now?" she asks.

  9. Sanne helpt Finn en samen maken ze het toetsenbord droog.

    Sanne helps Finn and together they dry the keyboard.

  10. Op het scherm kiezen ze een vrolijke foto van Finn met oma Lies.

    On the screen they choose a happy photo of Finn with Grandma Lies.

  11. Finn klikt en stuurt de foto en zegt: "Het is een fijne."

    Finn clicks and sends the photo and says, "It's a nice one."

  12. Naast Finn liggen twee kussens op de bank.

    Two pillows are on the couch next to Finn.

  13. Finn pakt de en zegt: "Welk is van oma Lies?"

    Finn picks it up and says, "Which one belongs to Grandma Lies?"

  14. Sanne leest het nummer van een briefje en Finn tikt de cijfers rustig in.

    Sanne reads the number on a note and Finn calmly types the digits in.

  15. Finn gaapt met zijn een beetje, maar hij lacht.

    Finn yawns a little, but he laughs.

  16. Oma Lies zegt hallo aan de andere kant en Finn zegt: "Hoi oma, de foto is al weg!"

    Grandma Lies says hello on the other side and Finn says, "Hi Grandma, the photo is already gone!"

  17. Ze praten kort over de dag en over de kat en Finn drinkt een slok water.

    They talk briefly about the day and the cat, and Finn takes a sip of water.

  18. De kamer is stil, de klok tikt, en Finn valt bijna in slaap op de bank.

    The room is quiet, the clock ticks, and Finn almost falls asleep on the couch.
