Slaap Zacht, Lichaam

1. Het is bedtijd in Emma's slaapkamer.

   It's bedtime in Emma's bedroom.

2. Emma ligt in bed, en mama Sanne zit naast haar.

   Emma is in bed, and Mom Sanne sits next to her.

3. Emma wil slapen, maar haar tand wiebelt, en haar hart klopt snel.

   Emma wants to sleep, but her tooth is loose and her heart is beating fast.

4. Mama vraagt zacht of het goed gaat, en Emma knikt.

   Mom asks softly if it's okay, and Emma nods.

5. Mama zegt: Leg je hand op je buik en voel hoe rustig je wordt.

   Mama says, 'Put your hand on your tummy and feel how calm you get.'

6. Emma tikt haar neus heel zacht en glimlacht.

   Emma taps her nose very gently and smiles.

7. Haar oog knippert traag, en mama strijkt door Emma's haar.

   Her eye blinks slowly, and Mom strokes Emma's hair.

8. Mama zegt dat de tand tot morgen mag blijven en dat Emma hier veilig is.

   Mom says the tooth can stay until tomorrow and that Emma is safe here.

9. Er is een zacht licht naast het bed, en alles is stil.

   There is a soft light next to the bed, and everything is quiet.

10. Emma ademt rustig en valt in slaap.

    Emma breathes calmly and falls asleep.
