Deniz'in Sakin Sahil Günü

1. Sabah, Deniz ve Kemal sakin kumsala gelirler.

   In the morning, Deniz and Kemal come to the quiet beach.

2. Kumsalda hafif rüzgâr eser ve deniz sakindir.

   A light breeze blows on the beach and the sea is calm.

3. Deniz bugün bisiklet sürmek, uçurtmayı uçurmak ve denizde yüzmek ister.

   Deniz wants to ride a bike, fly a kite, and swim in the sea today.

4. Ayşe de gelir ve gülümsüyor.

   Ayşe comes too and smiles.

5. Deniz bisiklete biner ve sahil yolunda yavaşça gider.

   Deniz rides a bike and slowly goes along the seaside road.

6. Kemal, iskeledeki küçük teknenin yanında bekler.

   Kemal waits beside the small boat on the dock.

7. Sonra Deniz ve Ayşe uçurtmayı gökyüzüne salar; uçurtma uçar.

   Then Deniz and Ayşe let the kite fly into the sky; the kite flies.

8. Rüzgâr birden artar ve ip iskeledeki direğe dolanır.

   The wind suddenly picks up and the rope wraps around the post on the pier.

9. Deniz durur ve üzülür, 'Ne yapalım?' der.

   Deniz stops and feels sad and says, 'What should we do?'

10. İkisi birlikte Kemal'e koşar.

    The two run to Kemal together.

11. İskeleye giderler ve durumu anlatırlar.

    They go to the pier and explain the situation.

12. Kemal gülümser, teknenin küreğini uzatır ve ipi nazikçe tutar.

    Kemal smiles, reaches for the boat's oar, and holds the rope gently.

13. Kemal küreğin ucuyla ipi yukarı kaldırır ve düğümü çözer.

    Kemal lifts the rope up with the end of the oar and unties the knot.

14. Uçurtma yine açık gökte sakince sallanır, Deniz rahatlar ve Ayşe sevinir.

    The kite swings calmly again in the open sky, Deniz relaxes and Ayşe is happy.

15. Sonra hepsi kıyıda biraz yüzer ve suyun serinliği hoş gelir.

    Then they all swim a little at the shore, and the cool water feels nice.

16. Gün batarken, kumsalda otururlar ve dalga sesini dinlerler.

    As the sun sets, they sit on the beach and listen to the sound of the waves.

17. Deniz fısıldar: 'Planım oldu,' der ve gözleri parlıyor.

    Deniz whispers, 'I have a plan,' and their eyes shine.

18. Ayşe el sallar, 'Yarın yine gelir miyiz?' diye sorar, Kemal başını sallar ve 'Evet,' der.

    Ayşe waves and asks, "Will we come again tomorrow?" Kemal nods and says, "Yes."
