Zeynep ve Sakin Kalp Gecesi

1. Bu gece, Zeynep uyumak ister.

   Tonight Zeynep wants to sleep.

2. Annesi Elif, yatağın yanında oturur ve Zeynep'in saçını okşar.

   Her mother Elif sits by the bed and strokes Zeynep's hair.

3. Zeynep fısıldar: "Ben hazırım, ama bir şey var."

   Zeynep whispers, 'I'm ready, but there is one thing.'

4. "Süt dişim oynuyor," der Zeynep.

   "My baby tooth is loose," Zeynep says.

5. Zeynep elini ağzına götürür ve biraz kaygılanır.

   Zeynep puts her hand to her mouth and feels a little worried.

6. Elif gülümser ve "Endişelenme, kalbin güvende," der.

   Elif smiles and says, 'Don't worry, your heart is safe.'

7. Elif yumuşakça söyler: "Nefesle, rahatlayabilirsin."

   Elif says gently, 'Breathe, you can relax.'

8. Zeynep burnundan yavaşça nefes alır ve verir.

   Zeynep slowly breathes in and out through her nose.

9. Sonra gözlerini nazikçe kapatır.

   Then they gently close their eyes.

10. Elif kısık sesle ninni mırıldanır ve yatağı düzeltir.

    Elif hums a lullaby softly and makes the bed.

11. Zeynep gülümser ve "Ben iyiyim," der.

    Zeynep smiles and says, 'I'm fine.'

12. Zeynep annesine sokulur ve yumuşakça uyur.

    Zeynep cuddles up to her mother and sleeps softly.
