Nathan au terminal B

1. Nathan arrive avec sa mère, Sophie, au grand aéroport de Lyon.

   Nathan arrives with his mother, Sophie, at the large airport in Lyon.

2. Ils sont venus en taxi depuis la maison.

   They came by taxi from home.

3. Par la grande baie vitrée, Nathan voit la ligne de chemin de fer qui longe le terminal.

   Through the large bay window, Nathan sees the railway line that runs along the terminal.

4. Aujourd’hui, c’est leur voyage et une belle aventure.

   Today it's their trip and a great adventure.

5. Sophie tient leurs bagages et dit: "Allons à la porte B12."

   Sophie holds their luggage and says, 'Let's go to gate B12.'

6. Ils prennent l’ascenseur pour monter au niveau des départs.

   They take the elevator up to the departures level.

7. Soudain, l’ascenseur s’arrête; la cabine est calme, et Nathan n’a pas peur.

   Suddenly the elevator stops; the cabin is calm, and Nathan is not afraid.

8. Sophie appuie sur le bouton d’appel; un agent nommé Karim répond et promet qu’il va les aider bientôt.

   Sophie presses the call button. An agent named Karim answers and says he will help them soon.

9. Au bout d’une minute, l’ascenseur repart et les portes s’ouvrent, et Karim les accueille avec un sourire.

   After one minute the elevator starts again and the doors open, and Karim welcomes them with a smile.

10. "Tout va bien maintenant", dit Karim, "suivez les panneaux vers B12."

    "Everything is fine now," Karim said, "follow the signs to B12."

11. Ils arrivent à la zone d’attente et choisissent un siège près de la vitre.

    They arrive at the waiting area and choose a seat by the window.
