La liste du soir de Léa

1. Ce soir, dans la cuisine, Léa range son sac pour demain.

   Tonight, in the kitchen, Léa puts her bag away for tomorrow.

2. Elle veut acheter une petite lanterne au marché de l'école.

   She wants to buy a small lantern at the school market.

3. Maman Claire lui sourit et dit qu'elles vont préparer calmement.

   Mom Claire smiles at her and says they will get ready calmly.

4. Elles écrivent "Passeport" et Léa montre son passeport.

   They write "Passport" and Léa shows her passport.

5. Claire ajoute son permis de conduire au tas, au cas où un adulte devrait conduire.

   Claire adds her driver's license to the pile, in case an adult needs to drive.

6. Elles notent aussi la facture de cantine à payer demain.

   They also note the cafeteria bill to pay tomorrow.

7. "On fait un check de tes papiers et de ton argent," dit Claire.

   "We'll check your papers and your money," Claire said.

8. Léa cherche son porte-monnaie dans le tiroir, mais le tiroir est fermé à clé.

   Léa looks for her purse in the drawer, but the drawer is locked.

    They open the drawer and take out cash.

18. "Si je gagne un prix à la tombola, je t'invite à une limonade," chuchote-t-elle.

    "If I win a prize in the raffle, I'll treat you to a lemonade," she whispered.

19. Tout est prêt, et Léa ferme son sac, baille, puis va se coucher, très tranquille.

    Everything is ready, and Léa closes her bag, yawns, and goes to bed, very calm.
