Story

Sam’s Calm Night at the Library

Sam and his friend Mia visit the library after dinner.

يزور سام وصديقته ميا المكتبة بعد العشاء.
On the wall, there is a bright advertisement for a children's reading group.

على الحائط إعلان مشرق لمجموعة قراءة للأطفال.
It says the class is going to be a special time on the computers tomorrow evening.

يقول إن الحصة ستكون وقتًا خاصًا على الحواسيب مساء الغد.
Sam asks Mr. Lee, the librarian, "What do we need to do to join?"

يسأل سام السيد لي أمين المكتبة: «ماذا نحتاج أن نفعل للانضمام؟»
Mr. Lee smiles and says, "I love my job, and you can start after a small test."

يبتسم السيد لي ويقول: «أحب عملي، ويمكنك البدء بعد اختبار صغير.»
Sam feels a little nervous, because he wants to do well.

يشعر سام ببعض القلق لأنه يريد أن ينجح.
At the computer desk, Mr. Lee says, "Click the green menu to start."

عند مكتب الكمبيوتر، يقول السيد لي: «اضغط على القائمة الخضراء للبدء.»
"Can you change the text to large letters?" he asks.

هو يسأل: «هل يمكنك تغيير النص إلى حروف كبيرة؟»
Sam likes computers and stories, and he follows the steps calmly.

يحب سام الحواسيب والقصص، ويتبع الخطوات بهدوء.
Mr. Lee rubs his knee; he has a little pain after standing.

يفرك السيد لي ركبته؛ يشعر بألم بسيط بعد أن وقف.
There is a soft chair near the desk, so Sam brings it to him.

هناك كرسي ناعم بالقرب من المكتب، فسام يجلبه له.
Mr. Lee sits and smiles, and Mia gives him a cup of water.

يجلس السيد لي ويبتسم، وميا تعطيه كوب ماء.
The test page opens, and a small timer starts.

تفتح صفحة الاختبار، ويبدأ مؤقت صغير.
Sam reads each question and clicks the right icon, while Mia whispers, "You can do it."

يقرأ سام كل سؤال وينقر الأيقونة الصحيحة بينما تهمس ميا: «أنت تستطيع.»
At last, Sam passed the test, and Mia grins with pride.

أخيرًا، نجح سام في الاختبار، وميّا تبتسم بفخر.
Mr. Lee prints a simple card and says, "You are in the reading group now."

يطبع السيد لي بطاقة بسيطة ويقول: «أنت الآن في مجموعة القراءة.»
Sam and Mia thank him and plan their next visit on Friday, because they want to keep learning.

يسلم سام وميا عليه ويخططان لزيارته التالية يوم الجمعة لأنهما يريدان الاستمرار في التعلم.
They walk to the children's corner and read quietly, feeling calm and happy at the end of their night.

يذهبون إلى ركن الأطفال ويقرأون بهدوء، ويشعرون بالهدوء والسعادة في نهاية ليلتهم.
