Spelen bij het Buurthuis

  1. Sem loopt na school naar het buurthuis bij de speeltuin.

    Sem walks after school to the community center by the playground.

  2. Noor en Daan wachten bij de deur, en Sem wil spelen met hen.

    Noor and Daan wait by the door, and Sem wants to play with them.

  3. Wat spelen we eerst?

    What do we play first?

  4. Er is een tafel voor tafeltennis en een mand met ballen voor voetbal, basketbal en honkbal.

    There is a table for table tennis and a basket with balls for soccer, basketball, and baseball.

  11. We kunnen delen en om de beurt slaan, zegt Noor.

    We can share and take turns hitting, Noor says.

  12. Sem slaat eerst, Daan telt, en Noor juicht.

    Sem hits first, Daan counts, and Noor cheers.

  13. Daarna probeert Daan badminton, en Sem stuitert even met de basketbal.

    After that Daan tries badminton, and Sem bounces the basketball for a moment.

  17. Iedereen wordt kalm en blij, en Sem fluistert welterusten tegen de dag.

    Everyone becomes calm and happy, and Sem whispers goodnight to the day.
