Sem schiet in het park

1. Na het eten gaan Sem en zijn zus Mila naar het kleine park bij hun huis.

   After dinner Sem and his sister Mila go to the small park near their house.

2. Mama Sara zit op de bank met een boek en kijkt naar hen.

   Mama Sara sits on the couch with a book and looks at them.

3. Sem zegt: Ik wil een game doen en een sport spelen, en hij pakt de bal uit zijn tas.

   Sem says, "I want to play a game and play a sport," and he takes the ball out of his bag.

4. Mila lacht en zegt: Eerst een exercise!

   Mila laughs and says, 'First, an exercise!.'

5. Ze doen tien sprongen en een korte walk rond de grote boom.

   They do ten jumps and a short walk around the big tree.

6. Ze springen en lachen samen in het zachte avondlicht.

   They jump and laugh together in the soft evening light.

7. Dan zegt Sem: Laten we football spelen bij het kleine doel.

   Then Sem says, "Let's play football at the small goal."

8. Hij schiet snel, maar de bal rolt naast het doel.

   He shoots quickly, but the ball rolls past the goal.

9. Sem zucht en zegt zacht: Ik ben moe.

   Sem sighs and says softly, "I'm tired."

10. Mila knikt en zegt: We train samen, rustig en stap voor stap.

    Mila nods and says, "We practice together, calmly and step by step."

11. Ze legt de bal goed neer en wijst naar het midden van het doel.

    She puts the ball down properly and points to the center of the goal.

12. Ze zegt: Kijk, adem, schiet, en repeat.

    She says, "Look, breathe, shoot, and repeat."

13. Sem haalt diep adem en schiet nog eens, en nu gaat de bal in het doel.

    Sem takes a deep breath and shoots again, and now the ball goes into the goal.

14. Ze juichen zacht, want het is avond, en ze willen de vogels niet laten schrikken.

    They cheer quietly because it's evening, and they don't want to scare the birds.

15. Ze lopen hand in hand naar huis, rustig en blij, klaar voor slapen.

    They walk home hand in hand, calm and happy, ready for bed.
