Sanne en de drie dagen

1. Sanne ligt in bed in haar kamer.

   Sanne is in bed in her room.

2. Het nachtlicht is zacht.

   The night light is soft.

3. Haar kleine kalenderboek ligt open op de deken.

   Her small calendar book lies open on the blanket.

4. "Vandaag bel ik Oma over het park," zegt Sanne.

   "Today I'll call Grandma about the park," Sanne says.

5. "Morgen spelen we daar," fluistert ze.

   "Tomorrow we'll play there," she whispers.

6. Ze zoekt haar telefoon, maar waar is die?

   She is looking for her phone, but where is it?

7. Hij ligt tussen twee boeken op haar kussen, en ze glimlacht.

   He lies between two books on her pillow, and she smiles.

8. "Het is laat, lieverd," fluistert Mama met een warme lach.

   "It's late, darling," Mama whispers with a warm smile.

9. "Gisteren belde je al met Oma, dus nu rust je."

   "You already called Grandma yesterday, so now you can rest."

10. Sanne knikt en legt de telefoon op de tafel naast het bed.

    Sanne nods and puts the phone on the table next to the bed.

11. Ze kijkt naar het kalenderboek dat nog open ligt en tekent een klein zonnetje bij morgen.

    She looks at the open calendar and draws a small sun next to tomorrow.

12. Morgen belt ze blij, en nu valt ze rustig in slaap.

    Tomorrow she will call happily, and now she falls asleep quietly.
