1. Mark
   The cinema was built last year, and it has become incredibly popular. The screens are absolutely enormous.

2. Jenny
   Have you been to the new museum in town yet? The exhibition there is one of the best in years.

   Not yet. The garage near my house is being repaired all week, so I have been walking everywhere.

   That must be tiring. The hospital near the station is also being renovated, and the noise is constant.

   খুবই ক্লান্তিকর হবে। স্টেশনের কাছে হাসপাতালটিও সংস্কার করা হচ্ছে, আর শব্দ সারাক্ষণ শোনা যায়।

   I noticed. My friend who works in the office across the street has been complaining about it.

   The architect who designed the old library has now been hired for the new theatre.

7. Mark
   Brilliant. He has a real talent for combining modern and classical styles. Every building he designs becomes a landmark.

   দারুণ। আধুনিক ও শাস্ত্রীয় শৈলী একসঙ্গে মিলাতে তার প্রকৃত প্রতিভা আছে। তিনি যে প্রতিটি ভবন ডিজাইন করেন তা ল্যান্ডমার্ক হয়ে ওঠে।

   True. Even the small castle he restored looks amazing. The exterior is original but the interior is completely modern.

   সত্য। তিনি যে ছোট কেল্লাটি সংস্কার করেছেন সেটাও দেখতে খুব ভালো। বাইরের অংশটি মূলই রয়েছে, কিন্তু ভেতর সম্পূর্ণ আধুনিক।

9. Mark
   I might visit the new gallery near the square this weekend. They have a special exhibition of his sketches.

   আমি হয়তো এই সপ্তাহান্তে চত্বরের কাছে নতুন গ্যালারি দেখতে যাব। সেখানে তাঁর স্কেচের একটি বিশেষ প্রদর্শনী আছে।

10. Jenny
    Brilliant idea. We could have lunch at the cafe inside afterwards.

    দারুণ ভাবনা। পরে ভেতরের ক্যাফেতে আমরা দুপুরের খাবার খেতে পারি।

11. Mark
    Perfect. The cafeteria there serves wonderful food at reasonable prices.

    চমৎকার। ওখানকার ক্যাফেটেরিয়ায় যুক্তিসঙ্গত দামে সুস্বাদু খাবার পাওয়া যায়।

12. Jenny
    Then it is decided. Saturday at noon?

    তাহলে ঠিক হলো। শনিবার দুপুরে?
