Caddede Küçük Alışveriş

1. Akşamüstü, Ayşe babası Mehmet ile mahalledeki alışveriş caddesinde yürüyor.

   In the late afternoon, Ayşe is walking with her father Mehmet on the shopping street in the neighborhood.

2. Yarın okulda "music" günü var, Ayşe mavi bir "t-shirt" istiyor.

   There is a 'music' day at school tomorrow; Ayşe wants a blue T-shirt.

3. Caddede "store" yazan büyük bir tabela görüyorlar.

   They see a big sign on the street that says 'store'.

4. Hemen yanında küçük bir "shop" ve köşede bir "market" var.

   There's a small shop right next to it and a market on the corner.

5. Ayşe, "Bu dükkâna girelim mi?" diyor.

   Ayşe says, 'Shall we go into this shop?'

6. İçeride mavi bir t-shirt dener, ama büyük.

   Inside, they try on a blue t-shirt, but it's too big.

7. Mehmet, "Yan taraftaki store'a bakalım," der.

   Mehmet says, "Let's check the store next door."

8. Orada aynı t-shirt'in küçük bedeni var, Ayşe gülümser.

   There is a small size of the same T-shirt there, and Ayşe smiles.

9. Ayşe, "Bunu alabilir miyiz, lütfen?" diye Emre'ye sorar.

   Ayşe asks Emre, 'Can we buy this, please?'

10. Çıkınca Mehmet, "Bir de water alalım," der.

    When they go out, Mehmet says, "Let's also get some water."

11. Köşedeki markete girerler ve soğuk bir şişe alırlar.

    They go into the corner market and buy a cold bottle.

12. Eve dönerken Ayşe yeni t-shirt'ünü katlar ve gülerek, "Yarın güzel olacak," der.

    On the way home Ayşe folds her new T-shirt and, smiling, says, "Tomorrow will be nice."
