Mias Gute-Nacht-Körperreise

1. Es ist Abend.

   It is evening.

2. Mia liegt in ihrem Bett im Kinderzimmer und will schlafen.

   Mia is lying in her bed in the kids' room and wants to sleep.

3. Aber sie ist wach.

   But she is awake.

4. Ihre Nase kitzelt.

   Her nose tickles.

5. Papa Ben kommt leise und setzt sich neben sie.

   Dad Ben comes quietly and sits down next to them.

6. Er sagt: "Ich bin hier", und er nimmt Mias Hand.

   He says, "I'm here," and he takes Mia's hand.

7. "Das ist dein Auge, es geht zu."

   "That's your eye, it's closing."

8. "Dein Zahn ist tapfer und ruht jetzt."

   "Your tooth is brave and is resting now."

9. "Deine Haare sind weich und still."

   "Your hair is soft and still."

10. Ben legt Mias Hand auf ihr Herz und flüstert: "Du kannst ruhig atmen."

    Ben places Mia's hand on her heart and whispers, "You can breathe calmly."

11. Mia lächelt und sie schläft ein.

    Mia smiles and falls asleep.
