Max's Windy Page

1. There is a small wooden table by the quiet window in Max's room.

   هناك طاولة خشبية صغيرة بجانب النافذة الهادئة في غرفة ماكس.

2. Max wants to make a little book with his own story tonight.

   ماكس يريد أن يصنع كتابًا صغيرًا بقصته الخاصة الليلة.

3. Mom Anna smiles, and she sits with him.

   الأم آنا تبتسم، ثم تجلس معه.

4. Max has clean paper and a yellow pencil.

   عند ماكس ورق نظيف وقلم أصفر.

5. He opens to the first page and draws a big sun.

   يفتح إلى الصفحة الأولى ويرسم شمسًا كبيرة.

6. They plan a boy hero and a quiet park, and Max smiles again.

   يخططون لبطل صبي ولحديقة هادئة، ويبتسم ماكس مرة أخرى.

7. A soft wind comes in from the window, and one page slips off the table.

   نسيم خفيف يدخل من النافذة، وتسقط صفحة من الطاولة.

8. It slides under the chair, and Max is sad.

   ينزلق تحت الكرسي، وماكس حزين.

9. He looks at his work and is quiet.

   ينظر إلى عمله ويصمت.

10. Mom nods and helps him.

    الأم تومئ وتساعده.

11. She closes the window gently, and the room is calm.

12. Max lies down and stretches his body to pull the page back.

13. He reaches the page and gives it to Mom.

14. They put the page on the table and smooth it with their hands.

15. Together, they finish the last lines and add a small star.

16. Now the little book rests on the table, and Max reads the story to Mom.

17. There is a warm light, and they feel safe.

18. At bedtime, Mom hugs him, and he sleeps with a happy heart.
