Story

Emir'in Soru Kartları Gecesi

1. Akşam, Emir odasında masasında İngilizce ödevi üzerinde çalışır.

   In the evening, Emir is working on his English homework at his desk in his room.

2. O ödevini bu akşam bitirmek ister.

   They want to finish their homework this evening.

3. Masada küçük kartlar var, ve Emir'in bir hedefi var: doğru kartları sıraya koymak.

   There are small cards on the table, and Emir has one goal: to put the cards in the right order.

4. İlk kartta "what" yazar; Emir kartı tutar ve "Bu ne?" diye fısıldar.

   The first card says "what"; Emir holds the card and whispers, "What's this?"

5. Elif ablası yanında oturur ve sakin bir sesle örnek verir.

   Elif's sister sits beside her and gives an example in a calm voice.

6. Emir "which" yazılı karta bakar ve iki resmi karıştırır; hangisi doğru, diye duraklar.

   Emir looks at the card that says "which" and mixes up the two pictures; he pauses, wondering which one is correct.

7. Sonra "where" yazılı kartı göremez ve biraz üzülür.

   Then they can't see the card that says "where" and feel a little sad.

8. Elif gülümser ve "Nerede olabilir?" diye sorar.

   Elif smiles and asks, 'Where could it be?'

   The card is hidden under the thick book, and they take it out right away.
