Pauls ruhiger Parkplatz

1. Es ist Abend in Pauls Kinderzimmer, und er will seine Fahrzeuge aufräumen.

   It is evening in Paul's bedroom, and he wants to tidy up his toy vehicles.

2. Das Bett ist weich, und der bunte Teppich liegt davor.

   The bed is soft, and the colorful rug is in front of it.

3. Paul zeigt auf sein kleines Spielzeug und lächelt.

   Paul points at his little toy and smiles.

4. Er stellt ein Auto auf die gemalte Straße auf dem Teppich.

   He puts a car on the painted road on the carpet.

5. Daneben parkt ein kleiner Lastwagen, und ein großer Laster wartet noch.

   Next to it a small truck is parked, and a big truck is still waiting.

6. Der Zug fährt langsam an der Bettkante vorbei.

   The train slowly passes by the edge of the bed.

7. Auf einem blauen Tuch schwimmt ein Boot.

   A boat is floating on a blue cloth.

8. Ein Flugzeug landet leise auf dem Kissen.

   A plane lands quietly on the pillow.

9. Ein Hubschrauber kreist über Pauls Stadt.

   A helicopter circles over Paul's town.

10. Sein rotes Fahrrad will auch einen Platz, aber der Platz ist voll.

    His red bike needs a spot too, but the spot is full.

11. Paul seufzt und sagt: "Ich finde keinen Platz mehr für den Laster."

    Paul sighs and says, "I can't find any more room for the truck."

12. Mama kommt herein und fragt leise, ob sie helfen kann.

    Mom comes in and asks quietly if she can help.

13. Mama stellt eine kleine Schachtel hin und sagt: "Hier können alle parken."

17. Er deckt sie mit einem Tuch zu, dann kuschelt er sich ins Bett und schließt die Augen.

    He covers them with a cloth, then snuggles into bed and closes his eyes.

18. Mama lächelt, löscht das Licht, und im Zimmer ist es still.

    Mom smiles, turns off the light, and the room is quiet.
