Un lugar para leer en casa

1. Yo soy Bruno y quiero leer mi libro antes de dormir.

   I'm Bruno and I want to read my book before bed.

2. Voy con Mamá Ana a la cocina para hacer chocolate caliente.

   I go with Mom Ana to the kitchen to make hot chocolate.

3. Busco una taza en el armario, pero está muy alto.

   I'm looking for a cup in the cupboard, but it's too high.

4. No alcanzo la taza y pido ayuda a Mamá.

   I can't reach the cup and I ask Mom for help.

5. Ella toma un banco y me sonríe.

   She takes a bench and smiles at me.

6. Juntos bajamos la taza del armario y preparamos el chocolate.

   Together we take the cup down from the cupboard and prepare the chocolate.

7. Llevo la taza al comedor para leer con Mamá.

   I take the cup to the dining room to read with Mom.

8. La mesa está lista, pongo mi libro y la taza encima, y el gato Leo se enrosca a mis pies.

   The table is ready, I put my book and the cup on it, and the cat Leo curls up at my feet.

9. Salimos un momento al jardín, pero hace viento y regresamos al comedor.

   We go out to the garden for a moment, but it's windy so we return to the dining room.

10. Leemos despacio y yo paso las páginas con cuidado.

    We read slowly and I turn the pages carefully.

11. Después de leer un cuento corto, vamos al cuarto de baño.

    After reading a short story, we go to the bathroom.

    There is warm, calm water, and I take a quick bath.
