Oscar's Calm Day at the City Airport

Oscar and his mom arrive at the busy airport in a yellow taxi.

أوسكار وأمه يصلان إلى المطار المزدحم بسيارة أجرة صفراء.
They are going on a trip to see Grandma, and Oscar smiles at the big glass doors.

سيذهبون في رحلة لرؤية الجدة، ويبتسم أوسكار للأبواب الزجاجية الكبيرة.
He whispers, "This will be an adventure."

همس قائلاً، «ستكون هذه مغامرة.»
Oscar likes airports; he watches the screens and the long lines.

أوسكار يحب المطارات؛ يراقب الشاشات والطوابير الطويلة.
There are many people and carts of luggage in the bright hall.

هناك كثير من الناس وعربات الأمتعة في القاعة المضيئة.
A blue sign points to the railway, and they ride the elevator up to Departures.

لافتة زرقاء تشير إلى السكة الحديدية، وهم يصعدون بالمصعد إلى قسم المغادرين.
The elevator shuddered and then stopped, and a red light blinked.

المصعد اهتز ثم توقف، ومض ضوء أحمر.
A little boy named Liam looks scared, but Mom says, "We can press the help button."

Mom adds, "Stay calm," and Oscar speaks softly to Liam about his toy car.

A kind worker named Ava answers on the speaker and says the door is going to open soon.

With a click, the elevator doors slide open, and everyone walks out safely.

بنقرة، تنزلق أبواب المصعد وتفتح، ويخرج الجميع بأمان.
Oscar and Mom follow the signs to their gate, where Captain Ben, the pilot in a blue hat, waves hello.

أوسكار وأمه يتبعان العلامات إلى بوابتهما، حيث يلوح الكابتن بن، الطيار ذو القبعة الزرقاء، مرحبًا.
They sit in a soft airport seat by the big window and see planes roll by.

Ava comes to check on Liam, and he smiles now because he feels okay.
