Mila en de maanpuzzel

1. Het is avond in de woonkamer.

   It's evening in the living room.

2. Mila en Tom maken een puzzel met een maan op de tafel.

   Mila and Tom do a puzzle with a moon on the table.

3. Mila glimlacht en zegt zacht: yes.

   Mila smiles and says softly, "yes."

4. Mila fluistert: now leggen we de rand.

   Mila whispers: now we put the edge.

5. Wij zoeken samen.

   We search together.

6. Maar er is een stukje weg.

   But a piece is missing.

7. Mama kijkt en zegt: okay, nog twee minuten.

   Mama looks and says, 'Okay, two more minutes.'

8. Kijk onder de bank, zegt Mila.

   Look under the couch, says Mila.

9. Tom kruipt, tikt de vaas, en fluistert: excuse.

   Tom crawls, knocks the vase, and whispers, "Sorry."

10. Tom vindt het stukje en geeft het aan Mila.

    Tom finds the little piece and gives it to Mila.

11. Mila past het in de hoek en zegt: right, dat klopt.

    Mila puts it in the corner and says, 'Right, that's right.'

12. De laatste stukjes gaan snel; dat is easy.

    The last pieces go quickly; that's easy.

13. De puzzel is klaar, en iedereen is blij.

    The puzzle is done, and everyone is happy.
