The new management strategy will be implemented in all departments next quarter. To be honest, I have serious concerns about the timing.

Je bedenkingen zijn genoteerd, Lars. Toch staat het uitvoerend comité erop dat verdere vertragingen de gehele herstructurering in gevaar zouden brengen.

Your concerns are noted, Lars. Still, the executive committee insists that further delays would jeopardize the entire restructuring.

Mogelijk. Echter, overhaaste implementatie genereert doorgaans verwarring die uiteindelijk meer kost dan een afgemeten uitrol zou doen.

Possible. However, rushed implementation usually creates confusion that ultimately costs more than a measured rollout would.

Daar zit misschien wat waarheid in. Toch is het distributieproces grondig in kaart gebracht, en het schema lijkt op papier realistisch.

There may be some truth to that. Still, the distribution process has been mapped out carefully, and the schedule looks realistic on paper.

Op papier, ja. In de praktijk genereert echter elke overgang onverwachte wrijving die planners zelden adequaat anticiperen.

On paper, yes. In practice, however, each transition creates unexpected friction that planners rarely anticipate.

Toegegeven. Toch hebben afdelingen zonder strikte deadlines de neiging onbepaald uit te stellen, en hervorming vindt nooit daadwerkelijk plaats.

Admittedly. Still, departments without strict deadlines tend to delay indefinitely, and reform never actually happens.

Een terecht punt. De uitdaging is om de juiste balans te vinden tussen urgentie en realistische voorbereiding.

A fair point. The challenge is finding the right balance between urgency and realistic preparation.
Anna
Precies. De faciliteit is geüpgraded, de procedures zijn gedocumenteerd, en het meeste personeel heeft de vereiste training voltooid.

Exactly. The facility has been upgraded, the procedures are documented, and most staff have completed the required training.

Dat is bemoedigend. Toch garandeert documentatie alleen geen echt begrip van de nieuwe workflow.

That's encouraging. Still, documentation alone doesn't guarantee a real understanding of the new workflow.

Klopt. Niettemin hebben we feedbacklussen ingebouwd in elke fase, precies om problemen te detecteren voordat ze escaleren.

That's right. We have built feedback loops into every stage to detect problems before they escalate.

Dat is wijs. Continue monitoring is veel effectiever dan wachten op een formele audit maanden later.

That's wise. Continuous monitoring is much more effective than waiting for a formal audit months later.

Inderdaad. Het doel is nu om momentum te behouden zonder de zorgvuldige supervisie op te geven die complexe processen vereisen.

Indeed. The goal now is to keep momentum without giving up the careful oversight that complex processes require.

Een redelijk streven. Mits communicatie transparant blijft, kunnen zelfs sceptici zoals ik uiteindelijk worden overtuigd.

A reasonable aim. If communication stays transparent, even skeptics like me can eventually be convinced.

Dat is de hoop. Duurzame hervorming hangt immers evenzeer af van vertrouwen als van procedure zelf.

That's the hope. Sustainable reform depends as much on trust as on the procedure itself.
