Verhaal

Liam’s Little Day Book

1. Liam is at home with Mom Emma and his cat Milo.

   Liam is thuis bij mama Emma en zijn kat Milo.

2. He has a small wish, and he wants to make a tiny book of his day.

   Hij heeft een kleine wens en hij wil een klein boekje van zijn dag maken.

3. He uses his red toy car in each part of the day.

4. In the morning, he and Mom use the phone to take-a-photo of the toy car.

   In de ochtend gebruiken hij en mama de telefoon om een foto van de speelgoedauto te maken.

5. There is soft light, and the car looks bright.

   Er is zacht licht en de auto ziet er helder uit.

6. Later, he plays, and time moves to the afternoon.

   Later speelt hij en het wordt middag.

7. What time is it now?

   Hoe laat is het nu?

8. Emma says, "It is the afternoon now, Liam," and they smile and take another photo by the window.

   Emma zegt: "Het is nu de middag, Liam," en ze glimlachen en maken nog een foto bij het raam.

9. In the evening, the house is calm, and the last picture shows the car with gentle, dark blue light.

   In de avond is het huis rustig, en de laatste foto toont de auto in zacht donkerblauw licht.

10. They sit at the table and put the three photos in order: morning, afternoon, evening.

    Ze zitten aan tafel en zetten de drie foto's in de juiste volgorde: ochtend, middag, avond.

11. Liam says, "Each photo is a part of my day," and he feels proud and sleepy.
