Wo arbeitest du?
English: Where do you work?
In German, there are two main types of questions: W-questions (using question words like 'wo', 'was', 'wer', etc.) and yes/no questions (which can be answered with 'ja' or 'nein'). These are called 'Fragesätze'.
Use W-questions in German when you want specific information (like place, time, reason). Use yes/no questions when you want a simple confirmation or denial.
