1. Mark
   They were cruising through the sea when it started to rain heavily. The captain turned the ship toward the harbour immediately.

   كانوا يبحرون في البحر عندما بدأ المطر يهطل بشدة. أدار القبطان السفينة نحو الميناء فورًا.

2. Jenny
   The river was flooding quickly after the storm. We had to leave the cabin within minutes.

   النهر كان يفيض بسرعة بعد العاصفة. اضطررنا لمغادرة الكوخ خلال دقائق.

3. Mark
   My heart was pounding when I saw the results of the medical test. Fortunately the doctor said everything was fine.

   كان قلبي يخفق بشدة عندما رأيت نتائج الفحص الطبي. لحسن الحظ قال الطبيب إن كل شيء على ما يرام.

4. Jenny
   That must have been terrifying. I would have been completely anxious in your position.

   لا بد أنها كانت مرعبة. كنت سأكون قلقًا تمامًا لو كنت مكانك.

5. Mark
   I was, but my partner kept me calm. He has been so supportive through this whole experience.

   He is a wonderful person. By the way, did you hear about the climbing accident last weekend?

   Yes, the climber fell from a high cliff. Thankfully the emergency team rescued him quickly.

   That is reassuring. Mountain climbing is dangerous without proper training and equipment.

   True. I have been considering taking a course before my hiking trip next summer. Safety first.

    Brilliant idea. The instructor at the sports centre is excellent with beginners.

11. Mark
    I might call tomorrow to register. Adventure is wonderful, but only when you are prepared.

    Exactly. Smart preparation makes any activity safer and more enjoyable.
