Verhaal

Ivy’s Star Line

1. It is night now.

   Het is nu nacht.

2. Ivy and Tom are in Ivy's room with Mia and a sleepy cat, Luna.

   Ivy en Tom zijn in Ivys kamer met Mia en een slaperige kat, Luna.

3. Ivy wants to make a line of star stickers from the door to the bed, small to big.

   Ivy wil een rij met sterstickers maken van de deur naar het bed, van klein naar groot.

4. She says, 'Is this right?'

   Ze zegt: 'Is dit goed?'

5. Mia looks and says, 'yes, that is fine,' and Tom nods.

   Mia kijkt en zegt: 'ja, dat is goed,' en Tom knikt.

6. Ivy says, 'okay, I put this one first,' and she smiles.

   Ivy zegt: 'oké, ik zet deze eerst' en ze glimlacht.

7. Luna sits on the sheet of stars, and Ivy says, 'excuse me, Luna,' as she lifts the sheet.

   Luna zit op het sterrenlaken, en Ivy zegt: "Pardon, Luna," terwijl ze het laken optilt.

8. Do we put the big star last?

   Zetten we de grote ster als laatste?

9. Tom says, 'Yes, we do,' and he moves it to the end.

   Tom zegt: 'Ja, dat doen we,' en hij verplaatst het naar het einde.

10. Now it is easy to see the order, and the line is neat.

    Nu is het makkelijk om de volgorde te zien, en de rij is netjes.

11. Ivy whispers, 'It is all right,' and she rests her head by the soft glow.

    Ivy fluistert: 'Het is goed' en ze legt haar hoofd neer bij de zachte gloed.

12. Mia turns off the lamp, and the stars shine above the bed as Ivy smiles and sleeps.

    Mia doet de lamp uit, en de sterren schijnen boven het bed terwijl Ivy glimlacht en slaapt.
