Story

La chaussure cachée d'Adam

1. Dans la chambre d'Adam, le soir, Adam est avec sa maman Emma et sa sœur Lina.

   In Adam's bedroom in the evening, Adam is with his mom Emma and his sister Lina.

2. Adam dit: "Je prépare mes vêtements pour demain".

   Adam says, "I'm getting my clothes ready for tomorrow."

3. "J'ai un pantalon et un jean", dit Adam, "lequel je mets ?".

   "I have pants and jeans," says Adam. "Which one should I wear?"

4. Lina tient sa jupe jaune et tourne, pour montrer comme elle danse.

   Lina holds her yellow skirt and twirls to show how she dances.

5. Emma sourit et dit: "Le jean est chaud, le pantalon est léger."

   Emma smiles and says, "The jeans are warm, the pants are light."

6. Adam choisit le jean et prend ses chaussettes.

   Adam chooses the jeans and takes his socks.

7. Il met une chaussure, mais l'autre a disparu.

   He puts on one shoe, but the other has disappeared.

8. "Il y a peut-être la chaussure sous le lit," dit Lina.

   "Maybe the shoe is under the bed," says Lina.

9. Ils cherchent sous le lit, derrière la porte, et dans le sac.

   They look under the bed, behind the door, and in the bag.

10. Adam rit: "La voilà, dans mon sac d'école !"

    Adam laughs, "There it is, in my school bag!"

11. Il met la deuxième chaussure et dit: "Tout est prêt."

    He puts on the second shoe and says, "Everything is ready."

12. Emma éteint la lampe, et Adam chuchote: "Bonne nuit," heureux et calme.

    Emma turns off the lamp, and Adam whispers, "Good night," happy and calm.
