Emma Finds a Place for Everything

It is morning at Maple Hill School.

إنه صباح في مدرسة مابل هيل.
Emma is the tidy helper today.

إيما هي المساعدة المرتبة اليوم.
She helps every day, and she smiles.

تساعد كل يوم وتبتسم.
There are books, toys, and papers on the floor.

هناك كتب ولعب وأوراق على الأرض.
Lily says, "Please put the books on the bookcase."

ليلي تقول: «من فضلك ضع الكتب على الرف.»
"This box is heavy," Emma says, but she lifts it.

هذا الصندوق ثقيل، تقول إيما، لكنها ترفعه.
Ben comes to help, and they tidy together.

بن يأتي للمساعدة، فيرتبون معًا.
Emma looks at her class and points to the shelves.

إيما تنظر إلى صفها وتشير إلى الرفوف.
Ben opens the tall cupboard and laughs.

He puts the paints in the cupboard and closes the door gently.

On the floor they find a little box of spoons and cups.

"These are from the school kitchen," Emma says.

They knock on the kitchen door, and Emma asks, "Can we come in?"

Nina smiles, and Ben sets the box on a clean counter.

نينا تبتسم، وبن يضع الصندوق على منضدة نظيفة.
"The dining-room needs napkins," Nina says softly.

Emma and Ben place napkins on each table and walk back to class.

The room is tidy now, and Lily says, "Well done, team."

الغرفة مرتبة الآن، وتقول ليلي: «أحسنتم يا فريق.»
Emma whispers, "Everything has a home, and now we can rest."
