Nora's Goodnight Sky Game

It is night at Nora's window.

নোরার জানালায় রাত।
The sun is low and gone, and the sky is soft and dark.

সূর্য নেমে গেছে, এবং আকাশটা নরম ও অন্ধকার।
Nora looks out and smiles.

নোরা বাইরে তাকিয়ে হাসে।
She whispers hello to the first tiny star.

সে প্রথম ছোট্ট তারাকে ফিসফিস করে হ্যালো বলে।
Do you see it too, Mom Anna?

তুমি কি এটাও দেখছো, মা আনা?
Mom Anna sits by the bed and nods.

মা আন্না বিছানার পাশে বসে মাথা নাড়েন।
There is a small cloud that slides over the star.

একটা ছোট মেঘ আছে যা তারার ওপর দিয়ে সরে যায়।
The star is hidden, and Nora is quiet.

তারাটা লুকিয়ে আছে, আর নোরা চুপ রয়েছে।
We can play a soft game while we wait, says Mom Anna.

মা আন্না বলে, অপেক্ষা করার সময় আমরা নরম একটি খেলা খেলতে পারি।
Together they look for shapes in the dark sky, like a bear or a boat.

Soon the cloud slides away, and the little star peeks out again.

Nora yawns, hugs her pillow, and closes her eyes.
