Tips
- Remember that some adverbios de cantidad change form to agree in gender and number with nouns (mucho/mucha/muchos/muchas; poco/poca/pocos/pocas; demasiado/demasiada/demasiados/demasiadas).
- When used with verbs, these adverbs usually do not change form: 'Estudio mucho.'
- Do not confuse 'muy' (very) with 'mucho' (a lot); 'muy' is used with adjectives and adverbs, not with nouns.
Exceptions and edge cases
- When 'mucho', 'poco', 'demasiado', 'bastante' are used with verbs, they stay in the masculine singular form.
